About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Application Support Specialist to join our Christchurch based Service Desk team. You will provide front-line phone and Level 1/2 application support to our customers, who use our Radiology Information System software and its related products. This role is best suited to someone who already has experience within a general IT service desk environment or has already transitioned into supporting specialist software.
You will be responsible for:
Issues can range from printing, scanning, software integration (desktop) and messaging (HL7/API), SMS, referrer communication, voice recognition, invoicing, and configuring the software to work with the customer's workflow.
