What you'll be doing
- Greeting and assisting customers in a warm and welcoming manner
- Demonstrating product knowledge to help customers find the right products for their needs
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the store
- Restocking and organising product displays
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the bedding or furniture industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers and provide a high level of service
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- A positive, friendly and helpful attitude
