About the Role

We’re seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team at InsightEdge Solutions. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate with business teams to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and optimize operations using data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
   
• Develop dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
   
• Identify key business trends and provide actionable recommendations.
   
• Work closely with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting metrics.
   
• Build predictive models and perform data mining as needed.
   
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
   
• Present analytical findings to non-technical audiences clearly and effectively.
   

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
   
• 2–4 years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
   
• Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel.
   
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
   
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
   
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
