About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a high-energy, results-driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage temporary recruitment desk in Penrose, Auckland.

This is a role for a strong business hunter - someone who thrives on creating opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering top-tier talent solutions. If you bring proven agency experience and a strong sales track record, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across South & Central Auckland
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage the full 360° recruitment process for our temporary recruitment desk - from business development and talent sourcing to candidate screening, placement, and post-placement support.
• Ensure that we meet all our compliance, payroll and H&S obligations for our temporary workforce.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding service and tailored recruitment solutions.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous agency recruitment experience within NZ.
• A strong sales background with a hunter mentality - you love winning new business and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
• A team player who thrives in a busy, high-performance work environment.
